Introduction to plate heat exchanger sealing gaskets:
Plate heat exchanger sealing gaskets, also known as plate heat exchanger gaskets or plate heat exchanger rubber sealing gaskets, are gaskets used to seal the top of plate heat exchangers. Its materials mainly include nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), high-temperature nitrile rubber (HNBR), fluororubber (FPM, VITON G), etc., and are important components of plate heat exchangers. Its quality affects the overall function and working condition of the plate heat exchanger.
Three main types of sealing gaskets:
(a) Direct adhesive type, that is, after applying sealant on the sealing gasket, it is directly glued to the installation groove of the heat exchange plate.
(b) The nail-embedded type is designed with assembly holes on the heat exchange plate and nails on the edge of the sealing gasket. After the sealing gasket is placed in the installation groove, the nails are embedded in the assembly holes.
(c) The buckle type is designed with a "mountain"-shaped buckle on the edge of the sealing gasket, and the sealing gasket is buckled on the heat exchange plate with the buckle.
Application of Daniel plate heat exchanger gasket:
Shipbuilding industry: Mainly used for cooling, jacket water cooling, lubricating oil cooling, piston coolant cooling, transmission oil cooling, heavy fuel oil preheating, diesel preheating, other process cooling, etc.;
Power industry: Heat exchangers in the power industry are mainly used for open or closed circulation water cooling, transmission oil cooling, turbine oil cooling, lubricating oil cooling, piston and turbine and engine coolant cooling, diesel power plant heat recovery, exhaust gas heat recovery;
