Plate heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchange device used in industrial production equipment. 1. Fixed pressure plate: do not contact with fluid, tighten the gasket with clamping bolts to ensure sealing.
2. Sealing gasket: prevent fluid synthesis or leakage, and distribute it among different plates.
3. Heat exchange gasket: to provide medium flow channel and heat exchange surface.
4. Takeover and flange: provide inlet and outlet for fluid.
5. Upper and lower guide rods: bear the weight of the plates and ensure the installation size, so that the plates slide between them. The guide rods are usually longer than the heat exchange plate group to loosen the clamping bolts and slide the plates for inspection and cleaning.
6. Rolling device: enable the movable compression plate or the intermediate partition to slide on the upper and lower guide rods for assembly, disassembly, inspection and maintenance.
7. Front pillar: support the weight and make the entire heat exchanger integrated.
8. Movable compression plate: matched with fixed compression plate, it can slide on the guide rod to facilitate assembly, disassembly, inspection and maintenance.
9. Clamping bolts: compress the plate group to ensure the integrity and sealing, and replace the gasket at any time.
10. Intermediate partitions: Intermediate partitions are installed at different positions between the fixed compression plate and the movable compression plate, so that one device can handle multiple media at the same time and perform multi-stage operations.
